Refunds are only applicable if:

COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers must provide accurate bank details.
Bank Payments: Refunds will be returned to the same bank account from which the payment originated. If this is not possible, the refund method will be processed based on a mutually agreed arrangement between the customer and CShop Online Store.
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
